PRICES EXCLUDE HST. NO REFUNDS OR RAINCHECKS WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES ARE AVAILABLE TO CSC MEMBERS ONLY. SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES ARE VALID FROM SEPTEMBER 1, 2016 THRU AUGUST 31, 2017. REGISTRANTS OR POINT OF CONTACT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SIGNING UP FOR EACH ACTIVITY AND PROVIDING NAMES OF ATTENDEE(S). FAILURE TO REGISTER WILL RESULT IN ENTRANCE BEING DENIED OR AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE BEING CHARGED. REGISTRANT OR POINT OF CONTACT MUST FORWARD LOGO IN DIGITAL, HIGH RESOLUTION JPEG FORMAT WHEN SIGNING UP. CHANGING LOGO ONCE SUBMITTED WILL RESULT IN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE BEING CHARGED. DINNER MEETING TABLE TOP DISPLAY DATES ARE AVAILABLE STRICTLY ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. DINNER MEETING POWERPOINT LOOP MATERIAL MUST BE SUBMITTED MINIMUM 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE DINNER MEETING. DINNER MEETING PROMOTION IN EMAIL BLAST WILL ONLY OCCUR IN THE SAME MONTH AS THE TABLE TOP DISPLAY. SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY: SPONSOR NAME AND/OR LOGO WILL BE PRESENTED ON TWITTER, MINIMUM ONCE THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. SPECIAL NO FRILLS TRADE SHOW BADGE NAMES MUST BE SUBMITTED 15 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE TRADE SHOW. ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR 2016/2017 YEAR IS $30.00 (EXCL. HST) PER OCCURRENCE.
