As part of this year's PDG theme on "Communications," this discussion will focus on the chain of command during construction within the contract administration process. We will examine and discuss the communications process and highlight the importance of standardized forms for ensuring effective and efficient exchanges. Key aspects to drive strong communication will also be addressed.
