March 26, 2025 Peer Discussion Group - Substitutions, Why? Contract Administration Perspective

Free Event - Sign Up on Karelo
March 10, 2025 | By CSC Toronto Admin

Theme

Substitution of materials, systems or components is a common place in any construction project.  While some substitutions are necessary to address site / project conditions, others can be considered a “nuisance” to say the least.  We will be discussing the implications of substitutions on a project, particularly how they affect the cost, schedule, additional effort to review, and study the requested substitution, liability etc.
